My bi-weekly newsletter on breakthrough ideas advancing planetary health for the next seven generations.
PHILOSOPHY
As a proud tribal citizen of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians, I draw strength from the history of my ancestors who were adept negotiators, engaging in fur trading and other ventures on behalf of our tribe. It's a legacy I hold close, and I see it as my true calling to carry it forward, bridging the gap between two worlds and investing in the ones after us.
FOCUS
Building a more abundant world by bringing the right people, capital, and strategy to problems that matter.
Complex problems, real stakes
I'm drawn to work where the problems are messy, the teams are sharp, and the outcome changes something. Whether advising organizations on growth strategy or building from scratch, I care about the substance behind the work.
Indigenous representation in rooms that shape capital
As a tribal citizen of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians, I carry a responsibility to ensure Indigenous voices are present where decisions about resources, investment, and infrastructure are made. I founded AIRO to open doors for Native students. That mission extends into every room I enter.
A healthier planet for the next seven generations
The Seven Generations approach shapes how I evaluate what's worth working on. I write about breakthrough technologies in climate and energy through my newsletter, 7GENS, and orient my career toward industries where progress compounds across decades, not quarters.
